1. The 14‑Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel and return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your package.
2. Return Eligibility & Exceptions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Below is a clear explanation of which items can and cannot be returned:
Standard Stickers & Stationery
These items can be returned as long as they are unopened, sealed, and in original condition.
Custom or Personalized Items
These items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Because they are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for standard returns.
Opened Paper Goods or Sticker Sets
Due to the nature of paper products, opened or unsealed items cannot be returned. Once the packaging is broken, the product cannot be resold for hygiene and quality‑control reasons.
3. How to Start a Return
- Notify us: Email us at mail(at)bumbarrel(dot)store within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
- Ship it back: Once confirmed, you have 14 days to ship the items back.
- Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:
- Full Returns: Refund of item total + original standard shipping cost.
- Partial Returns: Refund of the returned items only.
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the damage and packaging.
- We will provide a replacement or a full refund (including return shipping costs).
