Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care, packed, and shipped from Poland within 1–3 business days. During new product launches or peak holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We use reliable postal and courier services to ensure your items arrive safely. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (Poland): 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–14 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

Packaging
All sticker sheets, notebooks, and paper goods are shipped in protective envelopes or boxes to keep them safe during transit.
Customs & Import Taxes
For orders outside the European Union, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT that may apply upon arrival. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Shipping Issues & Delays
We want you to receive your order as much as you do! While we cannot control the speed of the postal service once the package leaves our hands, we are here to support you:
- Tracking: Please check your tracking link for the most up‑to‑date information.
- Delays: If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 business days (Domestic) or 25 business days (International) after the estimated date, please contact us.
- Resolution: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund.
